We are a small, friendly running club located in Highworth near Swindon, catering for runners of all ages and abilities. Whether you want to compete in races from 5K to Marathon or simply have a gentle jog and chat, you'll find someone to join in with.

We meet on various days through the week with a session dedicated to beginners at 18:00 every Wednesday evening. Wherever you run please ensure you follow the HRC code of conduct; this document also contains a few common sense guidelines and states the club policy on other areas.

Wickstead Wander XI

Our popular off-road race returns on Sun 8th Dec 2019 for the eleventh edition of the Wickstead Wander. The route is 5 'country miles', which is across farmland, over streams and takes in part of the Wickstead Equestrian Centre.

Online entries are now open - enter by clicking here.

Fancy dress is highly recommended and runners have the option of tackling some of the equestrian jumps that are on part of the route. This race is a truly unique event that entertains runners and supporters alike, with all proceeds from this event being donated to charity.
